Mid-Level shareholder/partnership employment agreement review (includes: (i) line by line review of all employment contract drafts, stock/share purchase agreement drafts, promissory note drafts, operating agreement drafts, shareholders agreement drafts, drafts of corporate bylaws, pledge agreement drafts, and practice financial statements; (ii) comprehensive compensation and employee benefits analysis; (iii) employment contract revision and/or addendum drafting as required to arrive at contract execution; (iv) unlimited email correspondence; and (v) up to four hours of phone consultations)

Intensive shareholder/partnership employment agreement review (includes: (i) line by line review of all employment contract drafts, stock/share purchase agreement drafts, promissory note drafts, operating agreement drafts, shareholders agreement drafts, drafts of corporate bylaws, pledge agreement drafts, and practice financial statements;; (ii) comprehensive compensation and employee benefits analysis; (iii) employment contract revision and/or addendum drafting as required to arrive at contract execution; (iv) unlimited email correspondence; (v) up to four hours of phone consultations with client; and (vi) direct negotiation of the contract terms with the employer and/or the employer’s counsel)
